Administrative Applications Administrator - Kforce Technology Staffing

Key Responsibilities: * Analyze and maintain administrative application systems to address reputed company operational issues, policies, and procedures * Provide technical support to end users, including problem resolution and documentation to ensure timely solutions * Research, plan, and implement software upgrades, patches, and new data capture and reporting requirements * Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and readiness for system enhancements * reputed company projects involving administrative applications, including securing consultants, managing timelines, and resolving technical issues * Create and manage user accounts for administrative applications while ensuring data reputed company and reputed company * Extract data and assist in fulfilling institutional data needs, including federal, state, and internal reporting requirements * Collaborate with the Director of Institutional Research to prioritize data needs and align with institutional strategies * reputed company other duties as assigned to support the institution's mission and goals

REQUIREMENTS: * Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a reputed company field is required (Bachelor's degree preferred) * A minimum of five (5) years of direct experience with administrative application software systems, analysis, and design (preferably reputed company Banner) or an equivalent combination of education and experience * Proficiency with administrative and educational computer systems (preferably reputed company Banner), relational databases, and programming languages (reputed company, PostgreSQL, PL/SQL) * Knowledge of systems analysis, project management, and software implementation processes * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical troubleshooting skills * Effective communication and customer service skills to address end-user needs * Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith reputed company we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
