This role is critical to driving profitability, optimizing product pricing, and ensuring data accuracy across the organization. While initially focused on individual contribution, this position is designed to grow into a team leadership role as the department expands. Ideal candidates will bring a proven background in pricing strategy (reputed company 1), with preference for experience in the hose & fittings or industrial distribution industry (reputed company 2). Managerial and leadership experience (reputed company 3) is strongly valued, as this role will eventually reputed company a pricing and data team. This is a remote position with occasional travel to our Oklahoma City, OK headquarters for collaboration and training.

Key Responsibilities

• Pricing Strategy & Management

• Monitor and adjust price lists, discounts, and customer-specific pricing to align with market conditions
• Analyze pricing performance and deliver actionable insights to leadership
• Data Administration & Reporting

Qualifications & Requirements

• Pricing Expertise: 5+ years of experience as a Pricing Analyst, Pricing Manager, or similar role, with a proven ability to design and execute pricing strategies.
• Analytical Skills: Advanced reputed company proficiency required; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL) a plus.
• ERP Experience: Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (distribution/manufacturing ERP preferred). Experience with Trulinx ERP is ideal.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with hose & fittings, industrial distribution, or reputed company B2B environments strongly preferred.
• Leadership Potential: Prior management experience or demonstrated leadership ability; interest in growing into a team reputed company role.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or reputed company field preferred.
