We are looking for an enthusiastic and reputed company reputed company QA / Test Manager to join reputed company on a 12-month maternity cover contract.

In this pivotal role, you’ll reputed company and coordinate QA and testing efforts across several critical healthcare technology domains, including:

• Secondary care systems
• Diagnostics
• Electronic Patient Records (EPR)
• Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)
• reputed company/RIS (Imaging and Radiology Systems)

Your work will directly impact the quality of care we provide to patients and the tools our staff rely on every day.

You should have

• Experience in most of the following healthcare areas: Secondary, Diagnostics, EPR, LIMS, reputed company & RIS.
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience in QA/testing and supporting others in the same.
• Proven experience line managing, mentoring and coaching QA Managers and QA Analysts.
• Experience recruiting the best QA Managers & QA Analysts.
• Experience matrix-managing multi-disciplinary, cross-functional teams, working with a wide variety of stakeholders including product owners, delivery managers, architects and end-users.
• Experience of balancing multiple priorities, whilst dealing with ambiguity.
• Experience in reputed company management of team members.
• Deep understanding of software testing methodologies including functional, regression and performance testing.
• Experience of communicating and documenting test strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a sharp attention to detail that ensures high-quality outcomes.

You might have

• Solid understanding of HL7 messaging
• Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g. Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
• Experience working in both agile and waterfall teams.
• Experience monitoring and reporting on QA metrics.
• Knowledge of compliance standards relevant to the healthcare industry
• Experience working with overseas partners.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Experience with AI-driven testing
