You Will

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Grow clients businesses by optimizing marketing campaigns across paid social platforms
• Routinely conduct data analysis to uncover insights, inform campaign improvements, future media plans, and testing opportunities.

• Package client ready campaign insights and reports, recommend actionable next steps that will improve performance and drive business results.
• Ability to identify improvements in process and automation and collaborate across teams to implement program improvements.

• Think holistically as a marketer & learn to translate business needs into comprehensive media activations.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• 6-10 years in a Social performance marketing role
• Proficiency with emerging and leading industry Social Platforms
• (Facebook, Twitter, Snap, reputed company, & TikTok)
• Proficiency with reputed company
• BA/BS degree (Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics a plus)
• Demonstrated record of excelling in previous roles and responsibilities.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Ability to reputed company in a reputed company fast paced environment.
• BONUS reputed company: Advanced skills in reputed company, SQL, R, Python.
• Experience with retail clients (ideally luxury or beauty reputed company) highly preferred.
