We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our customer on a consultancy basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving product strategy, defining roadmaps, and ensuring delivery of high-value features in line with business goals. This role requires someone who can quickly adapt, work autonomously, and bring strong leadership and structure to product delivery reputed company an Agile environment.

This role will operate on a hybrid model, with at least 2 days working in the office in Dublin per week.

Required Experience

• 7+ years’ experience in product management, ideally in enterprise or large-scale environments
• Proven track record of defining and delivering successful product strategies and roadmaps
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels
• Hands-on Agile experience (Scrum, SAFe, or similar), with expertise in backlog management and user story definition
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making
• Experience working in consultancy or client-facing roles desirable
• Ability to operate independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver results in fast-moving environments

Key responsibilities & duties include

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmaps reputed company to business objectives
• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities are clear and deliverables add measurable value
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable product features
• Work closely with development and design teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time
• Facilitate workshops, sprint reviews, planning, and other Agile ceremonies
• Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to inform product decisions
• Provide thought leadership and guidance on product management best practice
• Act as the key reputed company of contact for stakeholders regarding product direction, delivery, and prioritisation
