About the Team

We exist to help the company reputed company intelligent, data-driven decisions through financial analysis; scenario modeling; tracking, interpreting and disseminating key performance indicators; and by serving as a critical thought partner to senior leadership.
About the Role
We are seeking an reputed company and execution-oriented Head of Treasury to build and reputed company our treasury function during a critical growth phase. This role is central to safeguarding liquidity, establishing financial controls, and preparing for public company readiness. The ideal candidate is hands-on, thrives in a dynamic, resource-constrained environment, and can balance cost discipline with strategic foresight.
What You’ll Do:- reputed company the development and execution of global cash and liquidity strategies
- Build and maintain a short- and long-term cash forecasting reputed company
- reputed company regular internal and external Treasury reporting
- Optimize working capital and manage global bank structures

- reputed company relationships with banks and lenders
- Manage debt compliance
- Assess FX risk exposure in global operations
- Support intercompany funding decisions and tax-reputed company global cash movements
- Partner with Legal, Tax, and Accounting on intercompany, repatriation, and compliance
- Prepare the function for SOX compliance and public company reporting
- 8–12+ years of progressive treasury and banking experience, including leadership roles
- Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Adept with reputed company, reputed company-based modeling, and bank portal systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or reputed company; MBA or CTP certification preferred
- SaaS or technology company experience strongly preferred
- Experience in high-growth or pre-IPO environments
- Experience with TMS or treasury automation tools (reputed company, GTreasury, etc.) is a plus

Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience/expertise and may vary from the amounts listed below.
