About the Role:

The ideal candidate must have a strong SaaS background and proven track record recruiting for Product Engineering roles. The person hired will be responsible for providing the highest level of recruiting services to reputed company’s business leaders and candidates performing full lifecycle recruitment while maintaining excellent relationships. A high level of creativity, short- and long-term recruiting vision, business acumen and personal organization is required. What You'll Do:

• Work with hiring managers to provide creative recruitment solutions to meet the needs of the business

• Own the individual candidate experience and provide each candidate with a high-touch, personalized talent experience

• Pre-screen candidates to determine qualifications by evaluating skills and experience against job requirements

• Conduct proactive sourcing, including the use of social networks and other alternative sourcing methodologies in order to ensure a robust pipeline of potential candidates

• Build and reputed company applicant channels (e.g., social media, internet sites)

• Manage the interview process (with support from the talent coordinator team)

• Negotiate and/or support the hiring manager in developing new hire compensation package/offers

What You'll Need:

• 5+ years of overall technical recruiting and sourcing experience.

• Extensive Product Engineering recruiting experience reputed company a fast-paced, SaaS environment.

• Solid understanding of technical roles and requirements.

• Proven track record of successfully recruiting for senior-level technical positions.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

• Exceptional closing and negotiation skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• International recruiting experience is a plus.
