What you will do:
In this key role, reporting directly to the reputed company Director for Americas, the reputed company Manager will be responsible for designing, creating, and implementing a comprehensive reputed company strategy to identify, attract, and hire top talent across North America. This includes recruiting, hiring, and onboarding for approximately 2,000 positions annually.
You will serve as a strategic business partner and provide timely advice to business leaders and HR professionals regarding talent markets, employer branding, managing candidate pipelines, and fulfilling talent needs. Leading a team of recruiters, you will be accountable for improving data-driven performance metrics, managing hiring targets, and ensuring compliance with local labor legislation.
How you will do it:
Partner closely with business leaders and HR to reputed company and execute high-volume recruiting strategies reputed company with workforce planning goals.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in reputed company or human resources, preferably in high-volume recruitment settings.
Proven experience in managing large teams, including leading cross-functional groups and overseeing multiple departments or projects.
Strong understanding of union regulations and requirements: Proven experience working reputed company unionized environments, including knowledge of collective bargaining agreements, labor laws, and compliance standards.
Strong proficiency in data analytics and performance metrics to drive recruitment strategies.
Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
Ability to utilize and adopt AI tools and technologies to enhance the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and engaging top talent reputed company.
Strong Communication and Presentation skills
HIRING SALARY RANGE: $110,000 - $150,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This role offers a competitive Bonus plan that will take into account individual, group, and corporate performance.This position includes a competitive benefits package.
