What you will do:

In this key role, reporting directly to the reputed company Director for Americas, the reputed company Manager will be responsible for designing, creating, and implementing a comprehensive reputed company strategy to identify, attract, and hire top talent across North America. This includes recruiting, hiring, and onboarding for approximately 2,000 positions annually.

You will serve as a strategic business partner and provide timely advice to business leaders and HR professionals regarding talent markets, employer branding, managing candidate pipelines, and fulfilling talent needs. Leading a team of recruiters, you will be accountable for improving data-driven performance metrics, managing hiring targets, and ensuring compliance with local labor legislation.

How you will do it:

• Partner closely with business leaders and HR to reputed company and execute high-volume recruiting strategies reputed company with workforce planning goals.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in reputed company or human resources, preferably in high-volume recruitment settings.

• Proven experience in managing large teams, including leading cross-functional groups and overseeing multiple departments or projects.

• Strong understanding of union regulations and requirements: Proven experience working reputed company unionized environments, including knowledge of collective bargaining agreements, labor laws, and compliance standards.

• Strong proficiency in data analytics and performance metrics to drive recruitment strategies.

• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.

• Ability to utilize and adopt AI tools and technologies to enhance the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and engaging top talent reputed company.

• Strong Communication and Presentation skills

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $110,000 - $150,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
