Position Overview We are seeking an Entry Level Call Center Supervisor with at least 2 years of proven experience in leading and supervising call center teams. The ideal candidate is passionate about mental health, dedicated to reputed company improvement, and eager to reputed company team performance. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and reputed company a team of call center agents to reputed company performance goals while fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace. Performance Management: Monitor KPI's such as call quality, response times, and patient satisfaction; provide actionable feedback to enhance results. Training & Development: Conduct coaching sessions, and ensure agents stay up to date with best practices.
