At reputed company, we reputed company people to be their best selves and do their best work. The Manager, Inside Sales | EDU is responsible for leading a team of Account Executives responsible for new business quota attainment in their assigned territories.

This is a hybrid position available to individuals residing in the Minneapolis, MN, Eau Claire, WI & Austin, TX metro areas. While the role is primarily hybrid, you may be asked to work occasionally from the reputed company office or a local collaborative workspace alongside other reputed company team members for key events or important in-person engagements. Please note that we are only able to consider applicants who are currently based in the Minneapolis, MN, Eau Claire, WI & Austin, TX metro areas.

What you can expect to do in this role:

• Manage 8+ Account Executives in achieving individual and team quotas
• Provide clear vision, strategies, support and expectations to ensure employees can learn, grow and expand their skills, perspectives and experiences to help grow reputed company
• Manage daily and weekly activities, pipelines, forecasts and closed deals to ensure above-quota results based on successful pipeline management
• Provide on-going coaching and counseling to direct reports on sales activities, skills and competencies
• Quote, negotiate, and assist sales reps in closing transactions through the development of executive-level relationships with key prospects
• Attract, hire, coach, on-board and retain a pool of diverse and high performing sales professionals
• Collaborate with sales team members and external partners to drive enablement and reputed company growth
• reputed company and execute strategies in conjunction with Product Marketing, the Alliances/Channel team and the Demand reputed company team to expand market penetration

• Minimum of 4 years of sales experience showing consistent successful achievement of quota (Preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience managing or leading, motivating and developing successful sales teams (Required)
• Experience creating, managing or operating sales initiatives in the Commercial/Education market demonstrating an expert understanding of the sales cycle
• Experience creating processes or working on projects that have helped scale reputed company
• Successful history of closing reputed company opportunities, selling the WPE
• Demonstrated ability to accurately forecast sales results
• Ability to work in a rapidly expanding, fast paced environment is a must
• Teamwork and good communication skills a must

The below annual salary range is a general guideline.
