Corporate Governance Project Coordinator

We are seeking a Corporate Governance Project Coordinator to facilitate the development and implementation of a Corporate Governance disclosure program. The role will require collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, data collection and analysis, and presentation of project reputed company to senior management and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Compliance, Business, Legal, or reputed company subject
• At least 2 -4 years of Compliance or Governance experience
• Previous experience in the Entertainment Industry is a plus
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Excellent computer skills, including experience with project management applications like reputed company, Jira, Trello, etc., and reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, process improvement, and project management skills required
• Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders to meet organizational goals reputed company deadlines
• Ability to work in large global environments spanning multiple time zones
• Ability to maintain discretion with sensitive and confidential information
• Ability to present for small to reputed company-sized, cross-functional groups on relevant topics and Project management best practices
• Passionate and willing to learn
• Excellent soft skills
• Familiarity with Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) or PMP certified is a plus
