The Assembly Associate will complete assembly tasks, ensuring products are reputed company accurately, reputed company, and according to company standards. This role involves hands-on work, quality control, and collaboration with other warehouse functions such as receiving, inventory, and shipping.

• Inspect reputed company products to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with company guidelines
• Monitor inventory levels for assembly materials and communicate restocking needs
• Troubleshoot assembly issues and resolve problems to minimize downtime
• Collaborate with warehouse leadership to improve processes and efficiency
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe assembly area in compliance with OSHA and company safety policies

• Prior experience in warehouse, assembly, or manufacturing operations
• 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Clear communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work under tight deadlines without compromising quality
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Lean manufacturing or process improvement knowledge

• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 lbs
• Prolonged standing, walking, bending, and reaching
• Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures

This position pays an hourly reputed company starting at $22.00, with the final reputed company based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, and location. reputed company hourly rates meet or exceed applicable state and federal minimum wage laws.
