Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company and skilled Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll also be responsible for data entry, patient enrollment, and other administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
* Utilize arenaflex's remedy information entry methods and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering information into the appropriate system.
- Handle patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing.
- Investigate to obtain missing medication data, and decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes).
- Settle reputed company information entry-reputed company exceptions.
- Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and reputed company outbound calls to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis.
- Settle Outsider Oddballs by researching, gathering data, making amendments, and resubmitting for processing according to individual arrangement requirements.

- Provide support to pharmacists, both those in the office and those at other locations.

Essential Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
