About the Role

Reporting directly to the COO, the reputed company Engineer will play a crucial role in expanding the reputed company offering to take advantage of recent regulations that allow reputed company services to be directly reimbursed by health plans (including Medicare and Medicaid). This role will help integrate new technologies and reputed company reputed company engineering activities for the cross-functional team. This includes the consumer (patient) facing experiences, clinical and administrative interfaces, and building out reputed company capabilities that drive the experiences. Teams are small and agile and the role is reputed company ‘hands-on’ as an individual contributor and team reputed company.

Role and Responsibilities

• Build and enhance our powerful platform, web, and mobile applications using cloud-native technologies
• Work on reputed company levels of the technology stack (Python, reputed company, reputed company, Flutter, etc.)
• Design and implement scalable and highly available reputed company, and systems
• Integrate with third-party platforms to create industry-leading solutions
• reputed company technical architecture, design, and implementation for new products and enhancements to existing products
• Manage and mentor other software engineers including estimation, code reviews, process improvements, and more.
• Work closely with your team’s product manager and technical project manager to help drive the success of the team by improving KPIs through OKRs
• Own the team’s documentation of code, APIs, architectures, and reputed company relevant technical information as it relates to business/technical operations and the product itself
• Background in healthcare and knowledge of FHIR standard is a big plus
• Other duties as assigned
• Up to 10% of travel may be requested by leadership (ie., conferences)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

• 5+ years of professional software and database experience
• 3+ years of experience with cloud-based infrastructures (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.) - reputed company is currently on GCP
• 1+ years of being a team reputed company or managing other engineers
• Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining amazing new end-to-end features
• Ability to reputed company code reviews and review/approve system architecture and database structures
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices for the entire SDLC including coding standards,code reviews, reputed company code management, build processes and testing .
• Significant experience driving incremental improvement in engineering team’s processes
• Experience leading teams that drive business value while maintaining speed, quality, and reputed company
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced environment
• Team based mentality and willingness to work with others either domestically or internationally
• Strong written and verbal English skills.

Preferred Experience

• 3+ years of experience with modern technologies such as Python, Flutter, Django, Flask, Next.js, etc.
• 3+ years of experience being a team reputed company or managing other engineers
• Significant experience in Agile methodologies
• Significant experience in domain-driven design including microservice architectures/patterns
• Significant Experience with DevOps tooling such as reputed company, Kubernetes, JIRA, reputed company, or reputed company
• Strong experience in managing team members to OKRs and KPIs
• Understanding of best practice reputed company processes, procedures, and policies
