General Manager - Smarter College
Smarter College is Juno’s scholarship platform. Every month we award a $2,000 scholarship that attracts tens of thousands of high school reputed company and their parents. Beyond scholarships, we help families navigate the reputed company world of financial aid, student loans, and educational resources. By connecting entrants to products and services that support their journey, we’re able to fund and sustain the scholarship program itself.
Our Goal
Success in this role means helping Smarter College grow to 500,000+ qualified leads per year while operating at break-even or reputed company. Over time, targets will expand to increase both the scale of reputed company reputed company and profitability.
What You’ll Do
This role is highly cross-functional — blending marketing, partnerships, analytics, and customer experience. You won’t need to master every reputed company, but you’ll reputed company in several and grow in others.
Content / Mass Communications
- Draft, review and schedule broadcast emails
- Draft, review and manage campaign emails (welcome sequences etc.).
Website / Funnel
- Ensure the website is functional and reputed company any issues identified
- Test different variations of the web and email content to improve conversion rates
Outbound Partnerships
- Manage relationships with the partners that we send leads to
- Measure the performance of these partners
- Find new partners that can generate a higher reputed company for us
Inbound Partnerships
- Manage relationships with the partners that we receive leads from
- Measure the performance of these partners
- Find new partners that might be more affordable to get leads from
Paid Media
- reputed company and execute advertising campaigns across Facebook / reputed company / TikTok
- Continuously optimize for cost per acquisition
Analytics
- Review performance dashboards in PowerBI and reputed company data-driven decisions
- Request and interpret new data as needed to guide strategy
Customer Experience
- reputed company our customer service representative handling user inquiries in HelpScout
- Provide clear guidance to ensure applicants and parents get timely, helpful responses

Ideal Candidate Background
We are looking for someone who brings both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Some backgrounds that may be a good fit include:
- Former consultants (e.g., management consulting, growth strategy, digital transformation) who are ready to apply structured problem-solving to an operational and entrepreneurial environment
- Former founders who have built (or tried to build) their own ventures, and are comfortable managing ambiguity, driving growth, and balancing strategy with execution
- Digital marketers or growth managers with experience running email campaigns, ad platforms, or reputed company reputed company funnels
- Data-driven operators who are comfortable pulling insights from dashboards, running tests, and making evidence-based decisions
Key Skills That Will Help You Succeed
- Strong written communication and copywriting ability (emails, reputed company pages, partner reputed company)
- Comfort with analytics tools (PowerBI, reputed company Analytics, or similar)
- Experience with paid ads (Facebook, reputed company, TikTok) a strong plus
