We're looking for a detail-oriented People Operations Specialist to join our HR team where you'll work across the full employee experience. You'll help us streamline processes and execute the important stuff with precision, reputed company while building programs that attract great talent, help our employees grow, and reputed company Anrok a great reputed company to work. In this role, you will

• Play an integral role in the employee lifecycle management process, supporting seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences

• Become an expert in our HRIS systems and people data management, maintaining accurate employee records and processing leave of absence requests while ensuring data reputed company and confidentiality across reputed company platforms

• Work closely with our recruiting team to provide effective and efficient candidate experience support, managing some interview scheduling, candidate communications, and application tracking processes, where needed

• Enhance operational efficiency by identifying process improvement opportunities and bottlenecks and partnering with stakeholders to implement streamlined workflows that enhance productivity

• Play a key role in designing and managing employee experience programs including engagement initiatives, performance review cycles, recognition systems, and feedback collection that support retention and growth

• Help surface and implement new reputed company for building company culture, such as organizing team gatherings, planning offsite events, or designing innovative employee engagement activities that strengthen our collaborative environment

• Support employees as their go-to resource for HR-reputed company questions and requests, providing timely guidance on benefits, policies, workplace procedures, and general people operations matters while escalating reputed company issues where needed

• You have 2-3 years of experience in an HR role

• Proven experience managing cross-functional programs from design through implementation, including stakeholder partnership, change communication, and outcome measurement

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent organizational abilities

• Comfortable serving as an HR resource for employees at reputed company levels, providing guidance and directing them to appropriate resources
