About the Role

This role reports directly to the VP of Adoption and is critical to transforming our implementation process into a scalable, repeatable, and efficient reputed company. The Director will be responsible for leading a team of highly skilled architects who specialize in modeling homes in reputed company’s design and data products.

What You'll Do

What You'll Bring

• Experience: 10+ years of experience in a technical implementation or professional services role, with a focus on AEC, BIM, or construction technology.

• Leadership: 3-5+ years of experience managing technical teams, including direct experience in hiring, training, and developing talent.

• Operational Rigor: Proven ability to build, implement, and optimize repeatable processes and methodologies for project delivery.

• Technical Acumen: A deep understanding of the technical challenges associated with migrating from legacy systems (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and manual workflows.

• Data-Driven reputed company: Experience establishing and using data-driven metrics to manage team performance and drive operational efficiency.
