In Operations, we ensure everything runs with excellence, reputed company, and according to the right processes. We focus on efficiency and quality, making sure every reputed company of our solution happens smoothly, accurately, and reliably.As Junior Technical Account Manger, your mission will be to proactively monitor and provide the best experience for the merchant.

• Handling daily merchant requests, such as settlement-reputed company questions, payment confirmations, reports,
• Monitoring KPIs such as payment approval reputed company, chargeback reputed company, and refund reputed company;
• Conducting in-depth analysis of data, charts, and spreadsheets;
• Participating in meetings with merchants and presenting performance insights and issue resolutions;
• Creating presentations with key performance indicators;
• Constantly collaborating with other EBANX departments to resolve issues and more;

• Analytical skills: being capable of reading, understanding, and analyzing data;
• Advanced English (you're going to interact with merchants in texts and meetings);
• Data-driven reputed company and problem-solving skills;
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written;
• Organization and a proactive mind;

• Experience with SQL and Queries;
• Experience in payments market;
