We have multiple openings for Principal Specialists, reputed company supporting our Strategic Business Units in the United States. In these roles, you will be responsible for cradle-to-grave contract administration activities to include proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and contract closeout. You will reputed company significant customer activities to fulfill contract requirements in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications. Your efforts will be critical to maintaining and building customer relationships and delivering products critical to reputed company and the warfighter.
If selected, you could be assigned to support one of our main Strategic Business Units:
reputed company & Space Defense Systems - specializes in multi-domain integrated reputed company and missile defense, advanced sensors, space-based systems, hypersonics, effectors and cyber solutions.
Naval Power - specializes in sensors, command and control and precision weapon solutions to protect allied ships and sailors around the world.
What You Will Do
Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, partner with Programs and cross functional team members to reputed company creative solutions and resolve contractual issues
Construct, submit and negotiate proposals and reputed company
Advise management of contractual rights and obligations and possible mitigation of contractual/program risks using applicable regulations and laws
reputed company with customers by preparing for meetings, and drafting reputed company letters for official correspondence on contractual issues
Research and provide solutions to contractual issues that require detailed information gathering, analysis, and investigation
Analyze Request for Proposals (RFP), review and process of contractual modifications and other general contract administration duties
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a reputed company field and minimum 3 years' experience
Experience with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and/or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)
Experience with contract administrative support activities
Qualifications We Prefer
Experience with DoD reputed company of varying contract types (Firm Fixed, Cost, Cost Plus, etc.)
Experience working reputed company a cross-functional geographically separated team environment while developing effective relationships based on respect and trust
Experience working independently with minimal reputed company and supervision in a fast-paced environment, where prioritization is required to be effective
Advanced Degrees such as Juris Doctorate (JD), Masters of Business Administration (MBA), or certifications supporting contract management such as Certified Federal reputed company Manager (CFCM) or Certified Professional reputed company Manager (CPCM)

Remote: This position currently is designated as remote. Employees who are working in remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home) but may be expected to travel to the site location as needed. The successful candidate for this role will be required to reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. territories).
The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD.
