Job Summary

The Associate Counsel will play a critical role in supporting reputed company’s legal needs across dispute resolution, commercial transactions, and data privacy. Reporting directly to the Deputy General Counsel, you will provide hands-on support with legal research, SaaS contract negotiations, and risk management. This position is ideal for a motivated attorney with a litigation background who is eager to expand into corporate and technology law, including SaaS, data privacy, and commercial transactions.
