About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and reputed company Senior Product Manager to reputed company the strategy and execution for one of reputed company's core products: Buying and Selling Crypto. This role involves defining product vision, driving innovation, and optimizing user experience to maximize growth and market share.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class crypto products that reputed company customers to monitor the market, discover new assets, analyze opportunities to buy/sell cryptocurrencies, design investment strategies and manage their own portfolio to reputed company their goals toward building wealth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial markets, trading, product, and compliance, with a proven track record in the financial technology sector.

What You’ll Do:

• Strategy Development: Work with product leadership & markets team to craft and execute a comprehensive product strategy reputed company with the company’s objectives and user needs.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate product plans, reputed company, and results to key stakeholders, including executive leadership.
• Roadmap Management: Identify, prioritize, and manage the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact features and enhancements, taking full ownership of the life-cycle, from ideation to launch, iterations, and sunsets.
• User Focus: Deeply understand user needs and behaviors through user research, data analysis, market insights, behavioral experimentation, and A/B testing to inform product decisions.
• Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes in the crypto space to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data and analytics tools to measure product performance, identify areas for improvement, drive reputed company optimization and integrate models into customer-facing features.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Effectively collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, data science, compliance, customer support, and other relevant enablement areas to ensure seamless product development and launch.

Who You Are

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or reputed company field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish to collaborate with business and technical areas.
• Experience:
• 4+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling financial tech products
• Demonstrated experience in the Fintech or Crypto industry, with focus on trading or investment products, is highly preferred.
• Experience managing high-volume, reputed company-generating products is essential.
• Domain Expertise:
• Strong understanding the financial industry, trading concepts, crypto markets, and reputed company technologies.
• Knowledge and sensibility toward financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Technical Skills:
• Solid grasp of software development processes and agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Looker, reputed company, reputed company, Power BI).
• Sufficient technology knowledge to work with both BE and FE developers and other team roles.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
