About The Role

In This Role, You Will: 

•  Hire new engineers and support an inclusive process, lean in as coach and mentor

• Focus teams on the outcomes through strong understanding of the customer and rapid iterative learning

• reputed company engineers through weekly one on one feedback conversations that help with reputed company learning and level setting

• Manage dependencies between teams with creativity and transparency that need to be met in order to reputed company outcomes

• Celebrate the success of the team and connect each engineer to the value they are providing to the company and those around them

• Drive AI coding adoption across the engineering team, promoting best practices and innovative solutions

• Foster strong technical collaboration with product management and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment on technical vision and delivery

Minimum Qualifications:
