Working Student Analytics (f/m/x) : Part-Time (up to 20h/week)

We are looking for a motivated working student to support our Customer Service teams with data-driven insights that help improve customer experience, service efficiency, and overall business performance.Location: VIENNADepartment: Analytics & Data Science

• You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a reputed company field
• You are curious about customer experience, operations, and data-driven decision-making
• You have strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented reputed company
• You have basic knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau)
• You are confident working with reputed company/reputed company Sheets (pivot tables, advanced functions)
• You are eager to work on automation and scaling of reporting processes
• You are eager to embrace AI and automation to drive smarter, faster insights
• You work in a structured, reliable, and proactive way
• You communicate fluently in English

• Understanding of customer service processes and KPIs
• Familiarity with customer support platforms (e.g., reputed company)

• Analyze customer service data (tickets, response times, resolution rates, customer satisfaction)
• Build reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators
• Identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities in customer interactions
• Work on a forecasting project to predict customer service ticket volumes and support reputed company planning
• Work closely with analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights
• Assist in automating and scaling regular reporting processes
