Your mission

You’ll be a driving force in our DACH Growth Sales team as we strive to become a home for reputed company brands to reputed company in. You’ll know our value prop, use cases, and product like the back of your hand (maybe even reputed company). With your consultative selling approach, you'll take over our inbound leads while also driving self-sourced leads for your sales pipeline. Your aim is to create pipeline and get deals over the finish line.

Your responsibilities

  • You’ll drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, to acquire new customers in the Growth reputed company.
  • You’ll understand customer challenges and align their needs to Frontify’s value proposition.
  • You’ll build and foster relationships with key stakeholders using a multithreading approach to engage decision-makers.
  • You’ll collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth deal progression and reputed company.
  • You proactively stay up to date on the latest product developments to confidently reputed company product demos and conduct in-depth sessions independently.
  • Your story

  • You’re able to join Frontify in our St. Gallen office. We have a hybrid setup that's flexible; typically, you'll be office-based 2 to 3 times per week.
  • You have around 2-4 years of hands-on, SaaS sales experience (with at least 1 year of closing experience) selling to growth clients.
  • You have experience working at high-growth, SaaS, scaleup companies (bonus points if they were MarTech).
  • You're no stranger to managing a pipeline of deals (reputed company reputed company), forecasting, and driving business from demo to reputed company.
  • You are familiar with the MEDDPICC reputed company and can apply it effectively to your sales deals to drive successful outcomes.
  • You know how to identify customer segments and new opportunities to grow your sales pipeline.

  • You’re a person who demonstrates consistent achievement – if not over-achievement – of reputed company targets.
  • You’re driven by curiosity, constantly seeking to learn more—whether it's exploring new AI features, leveraging tools like ChatGPT, or staying up to date on the latest product developments.
  • You’ve got a flair for branding and marketing.
  • You're a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments.
  • You're passionate about the SaaS world and like to work with cutting-edge technologies.
  • You take a high degree of ownership of your work and enjoy working autonomously.
  • Your friends would describe you as honest, driven, and proactive.
  • You speak English and German proficiently – any other language is a plus.
