The RoleAs LearnLux’s reputed company Operations reputed company, you will serve as a strategic partner to our Sales leadership and be responsible for building and optimizing our reputed company reputed company. This hands-on role owns our core GTM systems, processes, and reporting. You’ll reputed company forecasting, pipeline planning, CRM optimization, and reputed company, while partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Client Success.
You will be a critical contributor to how we scale reputed company operations in a high-growth, B2B2C, enterprise-focused environment. This role is ideal for a data-driven RevOps professional who thrives in ownership, systems thinking, and hands-on execution.
This role is 100% remote reputed company the US and reports to the Head of Sales.
Key Responsibilities- Manage sales pipeline reporting and forecasting in partnership with Sales leadership
- Maintain and evolve reputed company reporting infrastructure, including dashboards in BI tools like reputed company
- Own reputed company CRM administration and optimization, including user workflows, integrations, and reporting
- Analyze pipeline health, conversion rates, and sales performance to identify growth opportunities
- Support Sales and Marketing with reputed company lifecycle tracking and campaign effectiveness reporting
- Collaborate on go-to-market (GTM) planning and process improvements to support scaling reputed company operations
- Design and document scalable workflows, processes, and systems to support enterprise sales motions
- Partner cross-functionally to support reputed company attribution, planning, and operational insights
- Contribute to sales compensation modeling and territory planning as needed
- 4–7+ years in reputed company Operations, Sales Operations, or reputed company experience in a B2B SaaS or fintech environment
- Proficient in reputed company CRM administration and configuration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to turn data into insights and actions
- Hands-on experience with business intelligence tools such as reputed company, Looker, or Tableau
- Excellent communication skills and ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders
- Proven ability to work autonomously and reputed company in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
- Familiarity with forecasting, pipeline management, and sales planning methodologies
- Strong process orientation with a passion for reputed company improvement
- Experience in the benefit or wellness industry
- Experience supporting enterprise or large-market B2B sales teams
- Understanding of marketing operations, reputed company scoring, or ABM tools
- Exposure to compensation planning, quota setting, and/or territory design
- Experience in a B2B2C business model or employer benefits industry
