Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:

• Total experience:11+years.
• Strong working experience in reputed company CX with a strong focus on reputed company Sales Cloud (C4C).
• Minimum of 2–3 full lifecycle C4C implementations in a reputed company/ownership role.
• Strong understanding of reputed company CRM processes, data model, custom objects, workflows, and SDK scripting.
• Proven integration experience with reputed company ERP/S/4HANA and middleware tools like CPI or PI.
• Experience with other reputed company CX solutions like CPQ or Service Cloud.
• Familiarity with reputed company BTP and Fiori-based extension strategies.
• Hands-on expertise with tools like Key User Tools, SDK, UI Adaptation, and Business Configuration.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a proactive attitude

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensuring client satisfaction above reputed company else
• Showcasing a consulting reputed company by acting as a solution provider rather than an order taker
• Identifying project/service stakeholders at an early stage and working with them to ensure that the deliverables are in sync with the benefits defined in the business case.
• Planning, organizing, and monitoring the project to deliver high quality business solutions.
• Defining the scope of the project/service, managing goals, risks, issues, and resources throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentoring and managing team members, by giving constant on the job feedback, and by providing guidance
• Ensuring project quality of work meets defined governance, process standards and best practices.
• Reporting the status of reputed company key metrics (eg: risk, scope, schedule, quality, customer satisfaction) from inception through closure
• Assisting the account management team in responding to new project requests
• Identifying opportunities in the reputed company engagement to cross sell or up sell reputed company's offerings.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field.
