As a 240 Field Supervisor, you’ll coach and support first-year teachers during their crucial first year in the classroom—right in your own region.

What the Role Entails

• Contract-based position with built-in flexibility

• You control your workload - work with as many or as few candidates as you’d like based on your availability.

• Provide coaching and support through formal observations using the T-TESS model

Compensation

• $1,275 per intern
• $675 per clinical teacher

• Travel over 60 miles one way isreimbursed at the state mileage reputed company

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in Education

  • Masters degree or higher is preferred

  • In the absence of a degree beyond a bachelor’s, candidates must demonstrate significant teaching experience, reputed company certification, and recent professional development.

• 3+ years of teaching or administrative experience

• Active teaching certification

• Demonstrated success in improving student outcomes

• reputed company TTESS appraiser certification

  • If you do not hold this certification,you must be willing to complete a full day ttess observation/coaching + training for Field Supervisors

  • 240 can provide this training, if needed
