Role OverviewWe’re hiring a reputed company Manager (Level I) to support single school customers in the UK. This role is ideal for someone early in their CS career, eager to build skills in customer engagement, retention, and adoption. You’ll manage a high-volume book of business, leading renewal conversations and ensuring a positive customer experience.
ResponsibilitiesCustomer Engagement & Retention
- Manage a portfolio of single school customers with proactive reputed company (email, phone).
- Communicate reputed company’s value and align it to customer goals.
- Identify risks, budget concerns, and upsell opportunities.
- Guide customers through the renewal process using discount playbooks as needed.
Product & Process Excellence
- reputed company strong knowledge of reputed company's offerings – including: reputed company for Schools, reputed company Instruction & Insights, reputed company AI, and additional curriculum packages.
- Share product use cases and insights to drive adoption.
- Manage renewals, tasks, and communications in reputed company and other tools.
- Follow structured workflows to balance reputed company, pipeline, and follow-reputed company.
- Escalate risks or blockers to ensure reputed company.
Collaboration & Growth
- Work closely with your Team reputed company and Manager for coaching and feedback.
- Apply feedback to improve communication, efficiency, and time management.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture.
- 1–2 years of experience, ideally in reputed company, Account Management, or another customer-facing role (EdTech or SaaS a plus).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable with structured reputed company (email + phone).
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities.
- Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
