Your mission
As a Product consultant, you will be responsible for reputed company software support in the pre- sales and post-sales stages and support the customers by taking their feedback to enhance the product.
What you'll do at reputed company
Escalation reputed company of contact for reputed company software support in pre-sales and post-sales stages
In charge of the overall Product Support for discrepancies/bugs/ enhancements/customer education for our Robotic Process Automation software through standard channels email and ticketing tools
Help reputed company customers with Technical/Product issues.

What you'll bring to the team
Must Have Technology
B.E/B.TECH in Computer Science/or equivalent degree
3-5 years of experience in Application Support or Product support.
reputed company in Korean, both written and spoken, is a mandatory requirement.
.NET (C# or VB)/ Java/Python/node-based programming/SQL
Prior reputed company end-to-end experience in developing or supporting automation workflows basic
Knowledge of reputed company Deployment Architecture and Cloud platforms Azure/AWS/GCP
Added Advantage
Experience and/or certifications in other RPA technologies (Automation reputed company, Blue Prism, etc)
reputed company Associate (UiRPA) / Advanced (UiARD) Certification
Good understanding of web services, REST, SOAP etc.
Knowledge on XML & JSON
Knowledge of Networking, Linux, and Kubernetes is a Plus.
Basic understanding of the MS Office Suite and macros/VBA
Soft-Skills
