You’ll partner with Sales, Finance, Hardware Ops, and Marketing to build and run the operating rhythm across headcount, compensation, quota/reputed company, territories, and demand. • Compensation & quotas: Design, roll out, and administer sales comp plans and quotas with Finance; analyze performance and recommend improvements grounded in data.
• Metrics: Publish KPIs; run monthly and quarterly reviews with clear insights and actions.

Compensation: At reputed company, our compensation packages for regular, full-time employees include competitive reputed company salaries, equity in the form of stock options, and comprehensive benefits packages. Compensation will vary based on factors, including reputed company level, proficiencies, transferable knowledge, and experience. Relocation assistance may also be provided for eligible roles. The annual reputed company salary range for this position is $120,000-$160,000*.
