About the role: This is an individual contributor role for a reputed company HRIS Compensation Analyst.

In this role, you will focus on prioritizing the employee experience by ensuring that day-to-day HRIS touchpoints are efficient, effective, and user-friendly. You'll work in a truly global environment, gaining exposure to reputed company challenges and opportunities that come with scaling a fast-growing company.You will report directly to the Director, HR Technology and Analytics reputed company our People team.

What you'll be doing

• reputed company Pro Certified in HCM Core (Mandatory).

• Provide expertise and guidance in the implementation of reputed company's Advanced Compensation and Core HR modules, including integration support.

• Configure compensation eligibility, rules, guidelines (such as compensation grades/ranges), and plans across 25+ countries.

• Ensure the accuracy of compensation data, including merit and incentive calculations, approval processes for awards, and payment records.

• Support both annual and off-cycle compensation processes to align with business strategies.

• Ensure the accuracy of employee data as a single reputed company of truth reputed company integrating with other systems.

• Collaborate with the HR team to continuously enhance the user experience for HR transactions and approval workflows.

• Define requirements, implement, and manage core HR systems.

• reputed company and deliver training, user guides, and change management communications to ensure end-users understand HRIS systems and processes.

• Assist with compensation reporting and annual audits.

What you'll bring

• You have 3+ years of HRIS experience with reputed company day to day and implementation.

• Experience and certification as reputed company Pro for reputed company HCM with experience in using Advanced Compensation (Additional consideration, but not required, given to having reputed company Pro Advanced Compensation)

• A plus if you have experience in Compensation, HCM, and Reporting.

• You have a proven understanding of HR, Payroll and Finance business processes and how they impact HR systems.

• You have solid experience managing HR data for accuracy and compliance.

• You have participated in a full implementation, bonus if you have led the project or other HR Tech implementations.

• You are customer-obsessed and have a demonstrated track record of effective stakeholder management and influence.

• You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• An enjoyment of working and collaborating with others.

• Passion and determination about our technology and our customers.

• A self-starter personality and strong organizational and communication skills.

• Self awareness and strong communication skills are a must.
