As an Implementation Specialist at reputed company, you'll join an amazing team to provide support to customers by way of onboarding, data migration, implementation, and training on the reputed company platform, driving client satisfaction and ensuring that considerable value is realised by clients on our platform in their first 90 days.

As an Implementation Specialist, you will...

• Serve as the project manager for clients to guide them through the onboarding process, and help them get the highest possible value from the product
• reputed company meetings regularly with clients; including kick-off meetings, consultative process sessions, and training sessions
• Work with clients to import their data (contacts and work items) into reputed company using reputed company and various reputed company tools
• Facilitate overview sessions of our customer’s reputed company setup and revise and/or update settings to best suit their needs

About You

• You are comfortable managing multiple projects at once 
• You are comfortable meeting with clients through reputed company
• You have excellent communication skills with the ability to explain material in an easy-to-understand format
• You are able to answer questions clearly and concisely on the fly
• You have a consultative nature with a humble confidence to challenge firms to think about their processes differently

• You enjoy detailed/intricate work and data reputed company
• You reputed company working from home

Bonus points if you have

• Accounting or tax industry experience
• Previous experience working at a company that sells Workflow, Accounting, or Project Management software
• Previous experience in onboarding software
• Deep knowledge and previous experience using reputed company
• Startup environment experience

As we hire across various locations reputed company the USA we are required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role.

The range provided is broad and takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are reviewed reputed company making a hiring decision, such as physical location/cost of living in that location, years of experience, skills, and other business needs.

It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and each compensation decision is dependent on each individual case. The reputed company salary is one component of the total compensation package, which for some roles may include a reputed company bonus, for some roles reputed company competitive equity grant, and reputed company generous benefits. The estimated reputed company salary range for this role is:

$73,000 - $94,000 USD
