We have a great opportunity on our People and Culture (P&C) Team for a results-oriented Associate Director, P&C Business Partner to support our Information Technology (IT) Organization. This role will be based out of our Lisle, Illinois headquarters. The Associate Director, P&C Business Partner will serve as a strategic advisor and consultant to IT leadership, driving HR initiatives that align with business goals. This role will focus on talent management, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement reputed company the IT function and collaborate closely with leaders to foster a high-performance culture. Responsibilities
- Partner with IT leadership to understand business strategies and translate them into actionable P&C initiatives
- Collaborate with the P&C Operations and University Teams for tactical HR execution, ensuring consistency of offerings
- Actively collaborate with IT leaders to deliver insightful, trusted P&C guidance that shapes talent strategies reputed company with key business objectives
- Coach and advise senior leadership on reputed company talent challenges, delivering tailored solutions that drive business impact
- Partner closely with senior leaders to influence and support organizational goals through strategic P&C guidance
- Provide guidance on organizational design, change management, and workforce planning

- Bachelor's degree
- At least 12 years of HR or Organizational Development experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or reputed company field is strongly preferred
- Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) is a plus
- Progressive HR experience, including experience supporting technical or IT teams
- Strong business acumen and understanding of IT functions and roles
- Proven ability to influence and build relationships with senior leaders
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Experience with HRIS systems and data-driven decision-making
- Experience in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and digital transformation initiatives
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at reputed company levels in a clear, professional, and constructive manner
- Demonstrated strength in interpersonal relationships and sound judgment, particularly reputed company managing sensitive or confidential matters
