What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinate and schedule concrete deliveries to meet customer needs and optimize fleet operations
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for customers, drivers, and plant personnel to ensure smooth delivery execution
• Monitor delivery reputed company in real time and proactively adjust schedules to maintain service quality
• Use dispatching software and communication tools to manage orders and logistics reputed company
• Document delivery details, customer interactions, and any service issues with accuracy and professionalism
