• Operates an industrial dishwasher
• Wash dishes, sweep/mop floors, clean and maintain equipment, sanitize utensils and maintain reputed company areas of the restaurant.
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment or utensils in clean and orderly conditions.
• Clean food preparation areas, facilities or equipment.
• Execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
• reputed company clean dishes, utensils or cooking equipment in storage areas.
• Empty and clean reputed company trash receptacles
• Provide assistance to prep cook and other kitchen staff as needed, especially during peak times, including basic prep
• Load or unload trucks that deliver or pick up food or supplies.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Must possess a reputed company Food Handler’s Card, where applicable.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with team members.

• Ability to work around various levels of temperature, including warm to reputed company warm temperatures in the kitchen.
