What You'll Do

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from reputed company teams
• Deliver consistent, professional reputed company reputed company and customer service

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to the location, verifying credentials and authorizations for entry and exit.
• Provide customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and/or vendors with access-reputed company inquiries and directions.
• Carry out reputed company-reputed company procedures and follow site-specific policies to help maintain a secure environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a reputed company, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Minimum Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
