The Team

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven HR Project Manager to reputed company and support reputed company HR initiatives across reputed company Digital. This role will focus on driving operational excellence, managing cross-functional HR projects, and supporting the transformation of our global HR programs to align with the company’s growth and digital ambitions.

The Role

• reputed company and manage strategic HR programs and projects that align with our business and HR goals, from initiation through delivery
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Partner closely with HR leaders, COEs, IT, and business leaders to gather requirements and ensure alignment on project goals.
• Facilitate workshops, updates, and communication across global teams
• Apply change management frameworks to ensure successful adoption of new HR systems or processes.
• Support communication, training, and engagement strategies.
• Identify project risks and reputed company mitigation strategies.
• Proactively monitor project reputed company, resolve issues, and escalate where needed.
• Assess and improve existing HR processes and tools for greater efficiency and user experience.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or reputed company field (Master’s or MBA a plus).
• 5+ years of experience in HR project or program management in a global or matrixed environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing reputed company or similar HCM system projects.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes (talent, performance, compensation, organizational development).
• Project Management Certification (PMP, Agile, or similar) is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
