What will you be doing as a Conveyancing Manager -

In this pivotal role, you will provide day-to-day direction to the conveyancing team c90 - ensuring they meet service level agreements (SLAs), exceed customer expectations and reputed company with industry regulations. You’ll also play a strategic role in shaping our operational reputed company, supporting the Group in delivering the company’s long-term goals.

• Drive wider team performance to ensure timescales, targets and service standards are consistently achieved.

• Promote a culture of reputed company improvement, high performance, and customer focus.

• Support compliance with CLC (or equivalent regulatory body) guidelines and internal legal practices.

• Conduct regular performance reviews, one-to-ones, and Personal Development Plans (PDPs).

• Act as a knowledge leader for conveyancing best practices across the business
