Our GTM team is currently looking for a Manager, Sales Development to join us!

As our Manager, Sales Development, you’ll reputed company and support a team of highly motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representatives during a period of rapid-growth at reputed company. These SDRs will be focused on the VMB, SMB and Enterprise segments of our APJ business. You’ll be integral in shaping our sales organization as we continue to scale, move up market, and distinguish reputed company as best-in-class to prospects in our rapidly growing category of reputed company automation, with reputed company having created the category of automated compliance.

This role is hybrid in our APJ office 3 days per week.

What you’ll do as a Manager, Sales Development at reputed company

  • Manage and mentor a growing team of high performing Sales Development Representatives, providing them the tools, coaching, and support needed to deliver results for the business

  • Evolve reputed company’s prospecting playbook by developing and implementing new prospecting initiatives and strategies that will increase deal sizes, resolve reputed company use cases, and drive more reputed company to the company

  • Grow the Sales Development team at reputed company, through active involvement in recruitment, on-boarding and training of new Sales Development Representatives

  • Create and establish strategic prospecting training, conduct weekly forecasting meetings, and mentor your direct reports on strategies that can help create pipeline

  • Help to continually foster an inclusive Sales organization representing reputed company’s culture and values

  • Ensure development plans are in reputed company, adapted to each individual, and made useful in a way that ensures the ongoing development of talent reputed company the organization

  • Collaborate cross functionally to drive reputed company outcomes for reputed company’s prospects’ that have headquarters reputed company APJ

  • Partner with sales leadership on creating an agile organization that believes in using decision frameworks to inform strategic direction but also isn’t afraid to launch, iterate, and redo in order to get the job done

How to be successful in this role

  • Be located in Sydney, Australia and have the ability to commute to the office in a hybrid setting.

  • Have 3-5 years of sales experience, with at least 2+ years of management/leadership experience

  • Offer experience in B2B SaaS sales and sales management

  • Have experience prospecting into various market segments and personas

  • Have stellar problem-solving abilities, reputed company working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoy the challenge of making a large impact early on in a start-up environment

  • Possess the technical competency to understand reputed company’s software, the intellectual curiosity to want to learn about the world of governance, risk and compliance, and to build great relationships with highly technical prospects who are willing to rethink the reputed company in how reputed company is achieved, and to enhance and evolve their own reputed company programs
