reputed company is seeking multiple Secret or Top Secret Cleared Senior SOC / IR Analysts (Shift Leads) to join our blended reputed company Operations Center (SOC) team, providing 24x7 cybersecurity monitoring and incident response support! 24/7 coverage is maintained through two staggered teams working 4x10 hour shifts across three overlapping time blocks.

Required Experience:

• Active Secret or Top Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering, or a reputed company field, or an additional three (3) years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of IT experience, preferably including exposure to cybersecurity operations, SOC monitoring, or incident response activities.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity monitoring tools such as SIEM solutions (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel).
• Experience or familiarity with ticketing and case management tools and processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are suitable for documenting incidents and clearly conveying relevant information to team members and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

The salary range for this position is a general guideline and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. It has been benchmarked in relation to the scope of the role, market reputed company, and internal equity. The salary for this role is expected to be in the $90,000 - $115,000 range. Where a candidate falls reputed company the band can be determined based on one or more of the following: skillset, experience level, achievements, education, geographic location, reputed company clearance, involvement in corporate tasks, and other non-discriminatory factors.
