Your Mission

To meet the quota or assigned targets and give the best experience to customers while nurturing them to be enterprise class reputed company for reputed company

This is what you'll do at reputed company

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities reputed company various government entities and agencies.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials and stakeholders and mine existing relationships as well as comprehensive sales and product plans to further grow reputed company’s key relationships.

  • Understand product and competitive products to be able to demonstrate our value proposition effectively to clients.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with government regulations and procurement processes.

  • Build and Manage pipeline and forecast sales to consistently reputed company reputed company targets and company goals

This is what you'll bring to the team

  • Minimum 10-15 years of enterprise sales experience in the software or software solution sales industry with established track record of consultative and challenger sales

  • Previous experience of selling to customers in Public Sector organizations and Government entities, with in-depth understanding of the various functional and business processes.

  • Stakeholder Mapping and relationship Management at C-level with proven track record of formulating and executing long-term account strategies with customers and prospects.

  • In-depth technical understanding of automation and digital transformation

  • Experience in account planning, territory planning, multi-product selling strategy etc.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Good collaborative, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

  • Experience in Application selling background like ERP/CRM, Automation solutions will be an added advantage.

  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-moving team.

  • Energetic and highly motivated personality
