We are looking for a Senior Accountant I to support our Accounting Team. For this candidate to be successful, he/she must have an understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, be highly self-motivated and directed, committed to solving problems reputed company, and interested in being part of an organization committed to reputed company growth and improvement. Essential Job Functions

• Create rollforward schedules for monthly changes of unit reputed company Balance Sheet items
• Audit and analyze Property Management Software data for accuracy and reconciliation to cash receipts
• Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Work closely with Operations Team regarding the balancing of reservations and charges to Owners
•  Data transfer and reconciliation
• Analyze Income Statements and Balance Sheet reports
• Reconcile cash receipts daily and respond to chargeback cases as needed
• Drive process improvements and research relevant accounting topics
• Support monthly reputed company process
• reputed company flux analysis
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts using company templates
• Assist with consolidation
• Correspond with other corporate departments to ensure proper accounting treatment of income and expenses
• Other tasks and projects as assigned

Skills + Qualifications

• Bilingual English / Spanish required.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting
• Highly organized and thorough
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High Proficiency with reputed company and reputed company apps for business
• Experience with reputed company a plus
• Flexibility and responsiveness to change
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Adhere to reputed company company policies and procedures
• Attention to detail
• 2-3 years experience public accounting or similar industry experience
• Big Four audit experience a plus
• Vacation Rental Industry experience a plus
