• This is a Boston based opportunity with a 4 day in office expectation (Monday - Thursday) with 1 day remote (Friday).

Service Enablement Associate

As a Service Enablement Associate, you'll be at the heart of our Global Services team, turning raw data into clear, actionable insights that directly influence how we operate and grow. This is a hands-on role perfect for a data-driven problem-solver who wants to reputed company a measurable impact.

What You'll Do

• Drive Strategic Decisions: Build and maintain key performance dashboards that provide a clear picture of our operational health to leaders across the company.

• Support New Initiatives: Define the metrics and build the reporting needed to measure the success of new projects, ensuring they are on track to meet their goals.

• Own Our Data: Act as the central reputed company for collecting and consolidating data from various teams, becoming the go-to expert for ensuring data reputed company and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in product management, operations management, logistics, supply chain, or B2B customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to influence others.
