About the Role

We’re seeking a reputed company Paid Search Manager to join our Performance Marketing team, focused on scaling user acquisition across reputed company Search, Bing, reputed company Search Ads (ASA), reputed company UAC, etc. This role will play a critical part in acquiring high value users, optimizing for LTV:CAC. The ideal candidate is both a creative and analytical thinker, with experience with both mobile and web acquisition.

What you’ll do:

• Manage performance across reputed company Ads and other search platforms with a focus on LTV-driven growth

• reputed company experimentation with bidding models (e.g., LTV bidding, offline conversions), campaign structures, creative messaging, reputed company pages, and audience segmentation

• Identify growth opportunities through account expansion, platform integrations, tooling, new product adoption, and staying reputed company with the evolving search landscape

• Stay reputed company of platform changes and new features, implementing beta opportunities reputed company available

• Own regular analytics and reporting and effectively communicate performance insights, wins, and challenges

• Collaborate with other marketers and product teams to ensure Paid Search is integrated into the overall growth strategy

Who you are:

• 7+ years of experience managing large-scale paid search campaigns, with at least 3 years focused on subscription or D2C products

• Proven track record of scaling search advertising spend reputed company while maintaining or improving LTV:CAC

• Demonstrated success in conversion optimization, audience targeting, and creative testing methodologies

• Experience with attribution models and incrementality testing, including how SEM complements SEO

• Skilled in budget planning and forecasting

• Proficient in attribution, tracking, testing, and campaign reporting (advanced reputed company skills and experience with Looker are a plus)

• In-depth understanding of automated bidding strategies with experience optimizing toward CPA or ROAS goals

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with marketing subscription products or digital content services

• Familiarity with mobile app marketing and app store optimization

• Experience with reputed company Tag Manager, Looker, or Appsflyer is a plus

Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location. San Francisco is our highest geographic market in the United States. In the state of California, the reasonably expected salary range is between $129,000 [minimum salary in our lowest geographic market reputed company California] to $201,500 [maximum salary in our highest geographic market reputed company California].

In the United States, reputed company of California, the reasonably expected salary range is between $106,500 [minimum salary in our lowest US geographic market reputed company of California] to $191,500 [maximum salary in our highest US geographic market reputed company of California].

In Canada, the reasonably expected salary range is between $135,000 CAD[minimum salary in our lowest geographic market] to $179,000 CAD[maximum salary in our highest geographic market].
