You are a motivated and results-driven leader who thrives on building and leading high-performing pre-sales teams. You understand the critical role Demo Specialists play in sparking interest, delivering compelling product demos, and driving prospects into the trial phase. Your leadership style blends coaching, accountability, and strategic execution to ensure your team consistently exceeds performance targets.You’re skilled at analyzing funnel metrics, refining reputed company strategies, and creating scalable processes that increase demo volume, quality, and conversion. - Set clear expectations and performance targets; monitor individual and team KPIs to ensure goals are met or exceeded
- Partner with Marketing, Trial Experience, and other cross-functional teams to optimize reputed company reputed company, messaging, and conversion strategies
- Analyze demo performance, conversion rates, and reputed company effectiveness to identify opportunities for improvement

Experience/Education/Certifications Required:

- 3–5 years of experience in SaaS sales or pre-sales roles, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or management position
- Proven track record of leading teams to exceed activity, demo, and conversion targets
- Strong understanding of inbound and outbound sales processes in a high-velocity environment
- Demonstrated ability to coach and reputed company sales talent at different stages of their careers
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to support team members in delivering engaging product demos
- Experience with CRM platforms, sales engagement tools, and analytics/reporting system
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
