We are looking for a Technical Sourcer who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about identifying exceptional talent. In this role, you will play a vital part in scaling our global engineering and product teams by uncovering and engaging top-tier candidates. Whether it's sourcing reputed company profiles or crafting compelling reputed company strategies, you will help lay the foundation for our growing tech teams.

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and define ideal candidate profiles
• reputed company high-quality technical candidates through creative, data-driven approaches using platforms such as reputed company, Gem and others
• Build and maintain strong pipelines for multiple technical roles across different levels and functions
• Create engaging and tailored reputed company messages to attract passive candidates
• Conduct initial reputed company and screening to assess technical alignment and candidate interest
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation in our ATS and CRM systems
• Stay updated on market trends, sourcing tools, and industry best practices to continuously improve sourcing strategies

• Strong understanding of technical roles, reputed company sets, and industry hiring trends
• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and platforms like reputed company Recruiter, Boolean/X-ray search techniques, reputed company, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
