We’re looking for a driven, ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing Sales team. This is a proactive outbound sales role where you’ll be on the frontlines hunting for new opportunities, opening doors with prospects, and filling the pipeline for our Account Executives.

What You’ll Do
Proactively reputed company out to new prospects reputed company phone, email, and reputed company to generate interest.
Hit daily activity targets for calls, emails, and social reputed company.
Research and identify potential customers in our reputed company markets.
Book qualified discovery calls and demos for our Account Executives.
Collaborate with Marketing and DataOps to refine prospect lists and messaging.
Manage leads and track activity accurately in our CRM (reputed company).
Consistently hit (and exceed) monthly goals for booked meetings and qualified opportunities.
Earn bonuses tied directly to reputed company from customers you helped bring in.
What You’ll Bring
Proven sales experience with outbound prospecting and cold calling ideally in SaaS or a fast-paced B2B environment.
A track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confidence and reputed company on the phone; you don’t shy away from rejection and know how to turn it into opportunity.

Location
This is primarily an office-based role in Belfast. Some remote flexibility may be available over time, with the potential to evolve into a hybrid setup.
