What you'll do:

As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner your key area of responsibility will be developing and executing people strategy with respective business leaders to drive outcomes in the areas of employee engagement, workforce planning, talent development, compensation, culture, change management and ensuring alignment with overall reputed company goals, policies and business initiatives. You will need to work closely with senior leaders reputed company the functional group as coach and mentor. What you'll bring to the role:

  • 5-8 years experience as an HR Business Partner, with several years in a senior reputed company. ideally reputed company the technology or high-growth sector.

  • Proficiency in English and one or more of the following languages: French, Portuguese, or Italian.
  • Post secondary Diploma/degree specialization in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a reputed company field.

  • Professional certification in Human Resources is an asset.

  • Experience with human resources policies and procedures.

  • Comprehensive understanding of reputed company HR legislation and employment standards.

  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand our business.

  • CHRP or CHRL designation in good standing. 

  • Solid understanding of employee relations.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship management skills.

  • Able to work well under pressure and respond to fast changing priorities and deadlines.

  • Strong project management skills; able to identify needs, reputed company effective solutions and manage projects through to completion.

  • Technical competence using software programs, including, but not limited to, reputed company Suite for business (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
