Renewals Coordinator to support our renewals process and enhance customer retention reputed company our high-volume accounts. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing contract renewals, ensuring timely communications with customers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth.Who you are:

- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for customers regarding their renewals, addressing questions and provide assistance throughout the process
- Work closely with the sales, reputed company, and finance teams to ensure smooth transitions and fulfill customer needs
- Maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with our services
- Discover and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities upon contract renewal to maximize customer growth
What you bring to the role:
- 2+ years of professional experience in Renewals, Procurement or Account Management, preferably reputed company a SaaS organization
- Background in sales, business development is a plus
- A consistent track record of achieving personal goals
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- This is a hybrid position (2 days a week) in the Reforma area of Mexico City where you’ll get to collaborate with our other team members
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
