The Team

The Celonis’ Global System Integrator (GSI)  Partnership team manages relationships with the world’s largest systems integrators. We align and cooperate with these partners in joint Go to Market activities to identify and close business where Celonis provides the technology solution and our partners provide services to frame and deliver customer value. We work directly with senior leaders and sellers in our partners’  consulting practices to grow our mutual business.

The Role

As an Intern with the GSI Partner Management Team at Celonis, you will support and work alongside NY based GSI Partner Directors and with our partners’ team members in the field.  

You will engage in partner account research and alignment, marketing communication planning and execution, industry sector business planning as well as pre-pipline and pipeline development and management.

The work you’ll do

  • Work with Regional Partner Lead and with partners’ business development teams to understand partner sales priorities and pipeline

  • Identify & map key partner sellers in each industry sector and geography to corresponding Celonis sellers.

  • Manage and rationalize lists of key partner stakeholders and customer accounts

  • Assist in education and prospecting into partner organization and joint accounts via direct partner engagement, email and social strategies

  • Create a Marketing Plan for the partnerships focused on repeatable, programmatic and sustained activities that drive partnership outcomes.

  • Document and nurture early stage opportunities

  • Manage spreadsheets and reports in accordance with defined objectives.

The qualifications you need

  • Student of Business Administration or a comparable program

  • Work in a structured manner & fast learner

  • Ability to listen very well, be an excellent communicator

  • Exceptional organizational and planning skills within a fast-paced sales environment

  • Be curious and have a long-term interest in building a career in Sales

  • Fluency in English is a must. Other European languages are a plus.

  • For this role, you bring at least 6 months of full-time availability.

  • Nice to have:
    • First experience in a Sales-related role
    • First proficiency with Sales tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot, SalesNavigator, SalesLoft etc
    • First experience in account research, planning as well as prospecting & cold calling

The base pay range below is for the role in the specified location, based on a Full Time Schedule.

Total compensation package will include base pay and sick time off. Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and that the actual total compensation offer will be determined based on various factors, including, but not limited to, the applicant's qualifications, skills, experiences, and location.

The base pay range below is for the role in New York, based on a Full Time Schedule.

$28 - $35 USD
